About the Role :
As a Product Manager at TrianglZ, you’ll play a key role in driving impactful software solutions from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to shape product strategy, build intuitive experiences, and deliver measurable business results.
You will help turn great ideas into better products. This applies whether you are leading product discovery, creating roadmaps, or improving products after they launch. Here’s what you will do,
 
Product Discovery:
  • Define product vision and strategy through user research and market analysis.
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to uncover real pain points.
  • Translate insights into validated problems worth solving.
Requirements Gathering & Prioritization:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear product requirements.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain and communicate a transparent, value-driven roadmap.
UX Collaboration:
  • Partner with UX designers to build intuitive interfaces and run usability testing.
  • Ensure products are user-centered, accessible, and delightful.
Cross-Functional Execution:
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to bring products to life.
  • Drive sprint planning, track KPIs, and coordinate launches.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback after each release.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management (for IC3/IC4).
  • Solid understanding of Agile, product lifecycle, and MVP development.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Data-informed decision-making mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and product launches.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, Mixpanel.
  • Experience with UX principles, API design, or technical architecture.
  • A background in software development, engineering, or a related field.
